Baroo Golf is a scorekeeping and trip-planning tool for golf groups. This page says what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name and email (to sign you in with a one-time code; we never store a password).
• What your group enters: trips, rosters, RSVPs, handicaps, scores, flights, rooms and Trip Money records.
• Optional payment handles (e.g. Venmo), used only to build Trip Money pay links. We never hold or move money.
• For group admins who pay: billing is handled by Stripe; we keep only the plan and payment status.

Who sees it

Only your group. Flights, rooms and money are visible only to people on that trip and its organizers. Spectator links show live scores only, never money, travel or chat. We do not sell your data and we do not run ads.

Age

Baroo Golf is for adults. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older when joining.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Me. We remove your sign-in and your name, email, phone, payment handles and flights. Scores you played stay in your group's record book without your name, so other players' history stays correct.
